• - Degree in Accounting, Management, Finance or Economics.
• - Minimum of 5 years' experience in accounting, auditing or financial control.
• - Strong analytical skills and critical thinking ability.
• - Good knowledge of financial accounting and accounting standards.
• - Proficient in Excel with experience of ERP systems (PHC experience preferred).
• - Ability to identify risks, challenge existing processes and propose improvements.
• - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• - High level of accuracy, organisation and responsibility.

• - Carry out monthly reviews of the trial balances of the Group's various companies.
• - Analyse balance sheets and profit and loss accounts whenever required.
• - Perform accounting reconciliations and identify anomalies or inconsistencies.
• - Identify internal control risks and recommend corrective actions.
• - Support internal and external audit processes.
• - Participate in continuous improvement, automation and process optimisation projects.
• - Ensure consistency of accounting procedures across the Group's different companies.
• - Assist in the preparation of the annual Reports and Accounts of the Group's companies.
