We are recruiting 1st/2nd cooks for the Quinta do Lago Group

We are looking for dynamic professionals with a passion for gastronomy and a strong commitment to quality to join our kitchen teams and contribute to the excellence of our restaurants.

Professional experience in the role
Knowledge of English
Ability to work in a team
Punctuality and attendance
Responsibility and professionalism
Excellent presentation
Dynamism and proactivity
Total and immediate availability
Driving license and own vehicle (preferably)

Key Responsibilities

Food preparation
Dish preparation
Reception, storage and conservation of products necessary for the confection
Execution of the culinary operations
Plating
Manage adequately the time for the accomplishment of the tasks
Hygiene of the utensils
Care in the use and maintenance of equipment, machinery and material resources
