We are currently recruiting: Golf Course Rangers & Starters.

Previous experience in a golf environment or in a similar role (preferred)
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
Sense of responsibility and a proactive attitude
Attention to detail and excellent team spirit
Adherence to golf etiquette and safety standards
Fluency in both English and Portuguese
Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities – Starter

Welcome players in a friendly and professional manner
Manage tee times and ensure the smooth flow of play
Provide players with relevant information about the course and the rules of play
Support operations in the staging area and coordinate with the Golf Operations team

Responsibilities – Ranger

Monitor the pace of play throughout the golf course
Provide assistance and support to players during their round
Repair pitch marks and replace divots to help maintain course conditions
Ensure compliance with golf rules and etiquette
Assist with tournaments and special events
